- [AIR-FILL INSTRUCTIONS]: Simply insert the straw into the plastic valve at the bottom of the number and slowly blow to inflate. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self-sealing plastic valve - balloons will stay inflated for days. After the party, please use plastic straw to export the air for reuse
